Your experience begins in the heart of Oaxaca with a two-night stay at Hotel Lyoba in Mitla, including breakfast and a welcome dinner accompanied by a selection of Origen Raíz Mezcal.

The journey continues through Oaxaca’s agave country, where you'll walk among the agave fields and discover the deep connection between the land, the plant, and generations of mezcal tradition. You'll also experience aguamiel and pulque, ancestral expressions of agave, before visiting Guardianes del Mezcal in Santiago Matatlán. There, a guided palenque experience takes you through the traditional mezcal-making process—from agave and fire to fermentation, distillation, and the glass—complemented by curated mezcal tastings and traditional Oaxacan cuisine.

Your journey then takes you to Hierve el Agua and Teotitlán del Valle, where Oaxaca’s natural beauty meets Zapotec culture through local cuisine, traditional textiles, and natural dyes. The experience concludes with a one-night stay at Casa Agaves in Oaxaca City, time to explore the historic center, and a farewell dinner celebrating Oaxaca’s extraordinary culinary heritage.

  TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  Flights to Oaxaca City are not included in the total cost of the trip and must be arranged and covered individually by each guest. International flight options to the region are available daily, allowing guest to select the itinerary that best suits their travel plans. 

  The total package cost includes only the services, accomodations, activities, transportation and other items specifically described as included in the package. Any additional expenses, services, flights, transportation, personal purchases, or other items not expressly listed as part of the package are the sole responsability of each guest and must be covered individually.
