In a carefully curated evening, each dish is thoughtfully selected and prepared to be paired with a specific mezcal, through the collaborative work of the chef and a member of the Origen Raíz team, creating a balanced culinary event. A designated person guides the participants throughout the dinner, providing explanations on the selection process and the reasoning behind each pairing.

It is an event aimed at people of legal age.
